About the artist: Born September 22, 1906 in the village of Bogdanovka (now Odessa region). Studied at the Kiev Art Institute (1935 - 1941). Teachers by profession - F. Krichevsky, P. Volokidin, T. Fraerman. He worked in the field of easel painting. Major works: "Kolkhoz Morning" (1947); The First Mowing (1957); "Evening over the Bay" (1958); And there will be a son and he will have (1964); "The Cranes Are Flying" (1968) and others. Participated in republican exhibitions since 1945. He died in 1984.
