Hardman, Peck & Co. Grand Piano with Matching Bench

Description

A handsome Hardman, Peck & Co. grand piano, model unknown, crafted from rich mahogany with a polished finish. The piano features a full 88-key keyboard with white and black keys. It includes a matching mahogany piano bench with cabriole legs and a carved apron, typical of late 19th to early 20th-century American design, showing elements of the Edwardian or Art Nouveau style. The branded mark "HARDMAN PECK & CO. ESTD 1842 NEW YORK" is visible above the keys. The piano has three pedals. The top can be opened at two different levels to adjust the sound projection. The wood displays a lovely grain pattern throughout. A piece of the lid above the keyboard is broken off.
