Johannes Janssonius (1588 -1664) (born Jan Janszoon, in English often incorrectly Jan Jansson) was a well known 17th century Dutch cartographer and publisher.. Published 1646. Early engraved uncoloured copperplate map of Huntingdonshire with decorative title cartouche and coats of arms. Good, wide margins.. Size 44 x 54 cm | 17.5 x 21.5 inches. Condition: Good; suitable for framing. Fold neatly repaired on the reverse side. Slight offsetting. Please check the scan for any blemishes prior to making your purchase.
