Depicts Upper and Lower Silesia divided into seventeen principalities, with fortified and other towns including Breslau (Wrocław), Oppeln (Opole), Ratibor (Racibórz), Liegnitz (Legnica), and Glogau (Głogów). The Oder River forms the central axis of the composition. Principality boundaries are finely engraved and hatched for clarity. A richly detailed map of Silesia, spanning the borderlands of modern Poland, Czechia, and Saxony, illustrating the region’s complex political geography at the commencement of the Silesian Wars. .
