Ground Floor Man by Tommy Richards is welded metal art. It is mounted on a
wooden frame with hand cut metal reinforcement on the back corners. The back is spray-painted "T
87" and has masking tape labels with the title and "T-87". There is also a label from a previous owner
with the title and the artist. It is 19 3/4" high by 30" wide by about 1" deep, in excellent condition.
