Cal. 72. NSN. Rnd. bbl. cut down to 3.75" w/ remnants of filled in Belgian style percussion bolster with cut touch hole on side. John Miles 1816 contract lock with mix of original & replacement parts. Cut down musket stock w/ replacement ramrod. CONDITION: metal has dark corroded appearance with cleaning to lock. Wood has weather aged appearance replacement ill-fitting parts. Dark bore. Lock appears mechanically fine with broken flint. (01-28854/MD). ANTIQUE. $300-450.
