The letter, to an unknown recipient, reads "I am very much obliged to your Ladyship for you congratulations upon my getting the Blues and the Blue for which unexpected and I am afraid underserved favours I assure you that I feel most grateful. [...] I was delighted with Lord Liverpool's disposal of Lord Buckingham's Tellership, which I am assured must have given general satisfction. I saw young Perceval once or twice , and he is a very interesting boy. I entertain no doubt but that he will turn out well, particularly if he combines the virtues of his father as well as his talents. Every body must feel an interest for him [...] I don;t know how Lord Liverpool has temper to go through all that he has to manage for them. They really ought to be whipped like children", three pages, folding marks, 4to, Frenada, 17 march 1813.
