Dimensions:7.5 x 10"/ 19.5 x 25.5.cm
An unusual letter signed by Princess Mary, Prince Edward and Prince Henry to Bryan Godfrey-Faussett, enquiring after the shape of his foot "if you could enlighten us on this matter you will greatly oblige us. We may add that the fact of these feet not being heard moving about the passages has caused the castle to appear very quiet this season", with hand-drawn sketches of a 'norma foot' as opposed to a 'Faussett foot', three pages, folding marks, framed and glazed.
