The letter, in secretarial hand, reads "As upon the meeting of the Parliament which is fixed for Tuesday the 26th instant, the House of Commons will immediately proceed to 'the choice of a Speaker, and to the consideration of business of the highest importance, I take the liberty of earnestly requesting your attendance to the opening of the session", one page, folding marks, 4to, Whitehall, 4 October 1830.
