SCIENTIFIC DRAFTING INSTRUMENT WALKING CANE

Description

C. 1875–1900. Victorian scientific drafting instrument walking cane containing a fitted brass architect’s tool assembly including telescoping pencil holder, pen, divider points, housed within a hardwood shaft. Scientific gadget cane intended for architects or engineers. Very good overall with light surface wear and age-appropriate patina. Instruments appear largely intact and original. Shaft structurally sound. Length: 35 - 1/2". Condition: (Very Good). Dimensions: Length: 35 - 1/2".
