Antique Sterling Silver Carved Cameo Ring, Sz. 7. 1920's-1930's. The ring is marked sterling and tests as sterling with a weight of appx. 2.29 gr. It is an elongated oval that is appx. 19mm down the finger and 10mm across the finger held with double pointed prongs on the sides and a wide pront on the tips. Carved shell. The age could be slightly older as the cameo is an older style - more of a handsome woman, no jewelry. The sdies are a cut-out floral design that reach from the top of the finger up to the base of the cameo and sits up apx. 8mm on the top of the finger. It is in very good condition. The cameo is sturdy in the setting, no movement. The band is appx. 5mm at top and tapers to appx. 1.8mm at the back of the finger. It is not signed by the maker. (W51323.1X8 SS11107 J LD 7/7/23).
