Vintage Cameo & Rhinestone Necklace, 1930's-1940's, 21". The chain is a paperclip type chain that is appx. 2.5mm wide with a hook clasp. The chain and clasp test as silver - could be sterling to slightly lower. It acid tests strongly as silver. The cameo and two coiled pieces do not test as sterling. This is a rustic but great old vibe look to it. The coiled links have a green glass stone that is set in a raised bezel. The green stones are appx. 7mm round. Thecameo does appear to be a carved shell and also set in a bezel and is appx. 20mm by 15mm. It has two coild links above it in the drop. The drop is appx. 3" wide where the coiled links are and the cameo is appx. 1" lower than that. It does have a marking on the hook clasp that I cannot read. This has the typical vintage oxidation and care would need to be taken if you want to clean it given the think links. It is wearable as is. See the photos for a visual description.
