Vintage Blue Heart Cameo Necklace, 16", 1960's. Gold tone with a 1mm curb link chain and spring clasp. Molded plastic faux Wedgwood cameo. Heart shaped set in a heart. The pendant is appx. 3/4" with ring and 5/8" wide. It is not signed or marked. Great for a young girl too. (W610/1723.3 SS11987 AZ LD 9/29/23).
