Vintage Cameo Brooch, Faux Turquoise & Pearl, Signed Gold Tone 1950's-1960's, Gold tone with a center 1/3" round tan and white cameo, a twisted chain and rope frame around the cameo with alternating turquoise colored and faux pearl beads toward the outer edge.
