The chair's wooden frame exhibits remarkable carving and scrollwork on the lower apron of the seat and front of the cabriole legs. The top crest rail features a central shell motif flanked by scrollwork and acanthus leaves, characteristic of the Louis XV style. This beautiful chair measures 34.5 inches tall by 25.25 inches wide by 20" inches deep with a seat height of 14.5". This chair is in very good condition.
