Description
Offering a vintage brass sculpture of a Native American chief riding a horse capturing an action fast running display.
The rider leans right with headdress tilting left and horse nearly rearing with left foreleg off ground.
Perfect table, shelf, mantle figure with vintage aged-brass-natural patina.
Circa 1960's
11" in length x 9.5" tall x 4.5" wide.
The horse on it's own measures:
11" long x 9" high x 2.75" wide
The rider on it's own measures:
7" high 4.5" wide x 2" deep
The original glue no longer held the rider-dried and brittle from age. The rider at present is being held with a removable glue.
During shipping the rider may become dislodged and replying needed. I chose a temporary glue in event the new owner didn't want a permanent glue- bond.
Consistent with age and use, patina with green on horses foreleg and white and dark in creases.
The backlegs of horse and right foreleg are anchored on table- sturdy on three legs. The left foreleg with the green patina raises up off table. Some of the photo AI doesn't depicts this as well.
