Pair of Large Vintage Gilt & Ebonized Wood Wall Brackets

Description

A pair of vintage, 11.5-inch tall architectural wall brackets in a refined Neoclassical silhouette. These substantial pieces are crafted from high-density architectural woodcomposition, each weighing over 4 lbs. This significant heft provides the structural integrity required to support ginger jars, marble busts, or gallery clocks.
The finish features hand-applied gold leaf over a deep vertical fluted corbel form. Authentic leafing lines and a light vintage patina are visible throughout. The recessed panels are finished in a contrasting ebonized enamel paint, highlighting the dramatic fluted design and beaded rim.
Each bracket is equipped with two heavy-duty triangular metal hangers to ensure secure, level mounting and to safely manage the weight of the pieces.
