Description

An exquisite pair of French Regency (1715-1723) walnut bergere armchairs, hand-carved and richly detailed. Crafted in France in early 18th century, featuring an intricate floral motif on a sculptural walnut frame with cabriole legs ending in stylized paw feet.

Reupholstered in gold and teal damask fabric in 2015 with removable top covers added, these chairs embody the opulence and craftsmanship of Regency France and make a striking statement in any interior.
