Hallmarked to the underside as model 97341 and the understamp of Mintons London, Green & Nephew. Double border of flowers with gilt and dark blue colors. The center with cornflower medallion and RAISED scrolling flowers. Scalloped rim and raised foot with a repeated border design. The size is 9" in diameter and 2.75" tall. Very good condition. bright gleaming gold and good colors.
