Worked in the field of watercolor painting, specialized in watercolors. His works are characterized by the tension of the color scheme, the dynamics of forms, the architectonics of compositions. Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (1970). Honored Artist of the Ukrainian SSR (1989). Participant of the Great Patriotic War. Received military awards. Participated in exhibitions: republican (1957), all-Union (1965), personal - in the city of Kyiv (1964, 1988), Bad Tolz (Germany, 1995).
