About the artist: Born on February 13, 1923 in the village of Shukhle (now the Ivanovo region). Graduated from the Ivanovo Art School (1950). Member of the Great Patriotic War. He worked in the field of easel painting. Major works: "Autumn Morning" (1957); In the Morning (1958); Greenhouses, Peaches Blossom (1960); "Tank" (1964) and others. Participated in republican exhibitions since 1957. He was awarded the Order of the Red Star and medals. He died on May 10, 1994.
