A single red circle, reminiscent of a setting sun or full moon, is off-set to the left of the central design on a cream-colored, unglazed background. The reverse side is unglazed, revealing the natural reddish-brown stoneware with a clear signature and date. The piece exhibits a modernist aesthetic with bold colors and abstract forms.
