Mid 20th century Cambodian betel nut box crafted in solid .900 silver, marked "90%" on the underside, and formed as a stylized puffer fish with hand-chased and repoussé decoration throughout.

The two piece construction opens to a smooth interior and features traditional dotted punchwork and floral detailing associated with Khmer silverwork. Measures approximately 3" long, 2" wide, and 2" tall, weighing in at approx. 51 grams.

The box is in very good vintage condition, with light surface wear, minor scratches, and natural patina consistent with age and use. Please see all photographs for exact condition.
