Set of three, fire, wind, earth, original post modern ceramic tiles by Celestino Piatti.
Celestino Piatti (1922 – 2007) –
A set of Three 1980s ceramic tiles from the series Earth, Wind, Fire and Water, limited to an edition of 3000, each in bright colours and designs in the manner of Picasso, Dali and Miro, signed to the front and individually numbered to the reverse and mounted to plastic stands.
Each tile is signed in front by the artist "Piatti" and numbered in the back.
Each tile is hand painted with modern designs and colors in the style of Picasso, Dali or Miro.
Limited edition of 3000 tiles.
Celestino Piatti (1922-2007) was a Swiss graphic artist, painter and book designer. He was a popular illustrator of children's books and achieved international success as a designer for Deutscher Taschenbuch Verlag (DTV).
