This frame is hand carved in a wonderfully simple style with a wave like surface and a scalloped edge. It is finished with a dark stain that lightens slightly as it gets closer to the print and the sides of the frame are decorated in gold and the word "Alone" is carved into the bottom right. The frame has aged so that the corners don't meet exactly but the frame is sturdy

The print has vibrant color and a wonderful subject and mood and the background classical objects add to the calmness. There is a small tare in the print that I have tried to photograph.

The outside of the frame measures 26 inches by 22 inches and the print measures 13 inches by 16.5 inches.
