A pair of Armenac Hairenian Vintage 1945 "Arts & Crafts" Style Hammered Copper Candle Holders. Signed "A Hairenian 1945". Hairenian escaped the Armenia Genocide in 1916 making his way to San Francisco. Hairenian worked under renowned San Fransico metal crafter Dirk van Erp between 1920-1923 and then for Fred Brosi's Old Mission Kopper Kraft before opening his own shop around 1925. These rare and beautiful pieces each roughly weigh 9.5oz.
