This is signed original intaglio print by deceased artist Martin Tobias. The print is made by the Artist painting on the etch plates then press the colored plate into the paper.
In this piece there is a visible topography on the surface of the paper which is important part of the design. The printing technique is called Intaglio Plate.
It successfully delivers a very nice land scape in a distinctly warm pallet of color.
