The painting is in excellent condition. The frame has some nicks and dings.

John Bunker, a native Floridian, studied at Florida State and Vanderbilt. In addition, he studied museum management at the Smithsonian and at UC Berkeley. He has over 50 years of experience as a working artist in addition to his work as associate director of the Jacksonville museum and work with local art associations. His paintings have been widely exhibited and collected.
