It was published by The Heritage Press in New York as a limited edition hardcover book, with green boards decorated in a gilt and black design all over. Gilt title on black to spine. Very small amount of wear to top of black background on spine.
Page edges tinted black on all sides.
Tight binding. No missing, loose or torn pages, no writing.
