Binding is tight, with no missing, loose or torn pages.
Spine is missing; front hinge cracked but still attached. Former owner bookplate to fep.
Water staining throughout, pages wavy, not musty or moldy.
Gilt to boards worn off in many areas. Wear, scuffing, staining to boards.
