Vintage Rhinestone Drop Necklace & Earrings, 1940's. The necklace is 15.5" with a flip clasp. It has a single strandof appx. 3mm round clear stones set in a square setting with prongs on the corners. At the front neck there is a rounded spoke-like drop that has the two strands side-by-side passing through the center and dangling out the bottom with baguettes and round stones making up the outer circle. It is appx 1.5" across. the drop is appx. 2.75" - lavalier type design. The earrings have two strands that open to a subtle V and three baguettes are set with three round stones below that. They are screw backs that are appx. 1-1/8" long nad 5/8" wide. Silver tone - nothing is marked or signed. As in many of these necklace, the clasp has the illusion of having stones but they are not there - they did not fall outu - it is just how they are made - no glue residue on markings. Very good condition. Stones are not grayed. All are present and original. Metal is bright and not dull . (W101522.1X1 SS8697 J LD 10/21/22)
