Vintage Peacock & Blue Aurora Borealis Necklace Earrings Demi Parure, 1940's-1950's. Three strands, each with a different bead. Two steands are the peacock green with blue aurvora borealis shimmer. One is a faceted with flat center that is appx. 10mm wide; the ot her is ar ound fceted bead that is 7.5mm and the center is a diamond shaped faceted blue bead with aurora borealis treatment. The necklace is appx. 14" from end cap to hook with a 3" extender green beaded chain, total length is 17". There are matching clip earrings in a mix of the two colored blue and green beads, round cut and smaller in size that the necklcae at appx. 1" across. The necklace and earrings are not signed. The original owner had included with this set, a Coro extender chain, where you hook the hook to the beaded side and the hook on the necklace then attaches to that It adds an additional 5" if used. It is not original to this set but is included. Everything is in very good vintage condition. It comes in a jewelry box from Bowman's in Harrisburg which is believed to be the original box, founded in 1871. (W52122.1X6 SS7535 J LD 6/1/22).
