  • Size:2 1/8 in (5.4 cm) long x 1 7/8 in (4.8 cm) tall x 5/16 in (0.8 cm) thick.
  • Description:A very green hardstone stone with a strong matrix that has been carved into the shape of a lotus pad.<br <br A dense hardstone with green spotting, green lines, and translucence has been carved in a design of a leaf with veins and central stem. The stone has a medium shiny polish. The back is flat with some wear and a natural line dissecting the stone. In some lights, faint bands of lighter stone is visible.<br <br It is heavy for the size, but not as heavy as jade would be. I believe that it’s serpentine, but don’t guarantee it. <br <br MEASUREMENTS<br <br 2 1/8 in (5.4 cm) long x 1 7/8 in (4.8 cm) tall x 5/16 in (0.8 cm) thick. Weighs 1.6 oz.<br <br CONDITION<br <br There are no chips, cracks, breaks or repairs. There is slight wear from age and handling.<br <br A very green carved Chinese stone to add to a collection or display near light.
