Dulin Yegor Volodymyrovych was born on May 9, 1985 in the city of Lysychansk, Luhansk region. Graduated from the Luhansk College of Culture and Arts, Luhansk State Institute of Culture and Arts (easel painting), Kharkiv State Academy of Design and Arts, Kharkiv National Pedagogical University named after G.S.Skovoroda (2011). /Master's degree/. Since 1999 - a regular participant in International, All-Ukrainian, regional exhibitions and open-air exhibitions. Has personal exhibitions in various cities of Ukraine.
