About the artist: Born March 2, 1921, in the village of Koshevoi, Novosibirsk Region, Russia. Artist. The author of landscapes. The works attract colorful, spontaneous, compositional and color expressiveness. He painted with thick, saturated strokes or applied delicate colors, creating softness and purity of tone. Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine. Member of the Great Patriotic War. Received military and state awards. He worked in the Ivano-Frankivsk art - production plant. Participated in exhibitions: regional, republican, foreign (since 1956). Personal exhibitions - in Ivano-Frankivsk (1983). Major works: "Snow in the Carpathians" (1949), "Carpathian Spring" (1950), "View of Old Kalush" (1954), "Kalush Industry" (1961), "Gardens Bloomed" (1964), "New Plant Buildings" , "Last Snow" (1967), "Carpathian Spring" (1968), "The Eighteenth Army Passed Here", "Carpathians at Dusk" (1975), "Autumn Evening" (1978), "Summer Day" (1979, 1980) , "In the places of military glory of the 18th Army", "My Carpathians Carpathians" (1980), "Oleksa Dovbush rock" (1981), "Summer time" (1983). He lived and worked in Kalush, Ivano-Frankivsk.
