in the Gothic revival taste, the back with pierced quatrefoil and lozenge ornament above a hinged seat, transforming into a set of carpeted library steps, on square supports

chair 43cm wide, 36cm deep, 84cm high, seat 33cm high, ladder 87cm high

Condition Report:

Knocks and wear commensurate with age and use. With losses to the moulding. The frame in need of attention, with some play. The carpet with staining and some threadbare areas.
