Harry Monty autographed 4.75 x 6.75” black-and-white photograph depicting him in costume as one of the iconic Flying Monkeys from the classic 1939 MGM film “The Wizard of Oz.” Monty has boldly signed the image in blue ink across the upper portion of the photograph.

Harry Monty (1903–1999) was an actor and vaudeville performer best remembered for his appearance as a Flying Monkey in “The Wizard of Oz.” Though many performers from the film went uncredited, the Flying Monkey sequences became some of the movie’s most memorable and visually striking scenes, helping cement the film’s lasting place in American cinema history.
