Signed Schreiner New York. 24" foxtail chain that is appx. 2mm wide with spring ring clasp. The metal on the cross and chain are a darkened finish with the cross frame having a textured finish. The cross is both a pendant and a brooch. It is appx. 2.75" tall and 2" wide. It has a large golden hued faux pearl in the center that is appx. 10.5mm. The brown stones are oval and glass and appx. 8mm by 6mm the faux pearls throughout the arms of the cross are appx. 3.5mm and there are smoky glass rhinestones that are oval and appx. 7mm by 5mm and are set inverted as Schreinder did, with clear glass baguettes in the bottom section of the cross and four gold clear rhinestones at the center between each arm of the cross that are appx. 3mm. It is signed on an oval cartouche Schreiner New York. Th eback of the settings and the brooch are also a darkened metal. I could not find another one like this. Very good condition. I am not a Schreiner specialist but did try to locate others like this and did not - found similar constructon with different stones. The clasp is not a one-piece pinback soldered but each post is affixed separately. The prongs are a dog-tooth style prong. (W3825.1X1 SS15962 J LD 5/29/25).
