Studied at: "Kharkiv Art School" (1948-1952); Kharkiv University (1952-1957); "Kharkiv Art and Graphics Institute" (1968-1973). Graphic artist, poster artist. He worked in the field of easel painting and specialized in landscapes. Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (1964). Honored Worker of Culture of Ukraine (1987). Participant of hostilities during the Great Patriotic War. Member of the CPSU. Awarded with medals. Participated in exhibitions: republican, all-union, and international (1960). Personal exhibitions - Kharkiv (1991-1997). Major works: painting - "Winter near Kharkiv" (1960), "Road to Kharkiv" (1962), "New District. Kharkov" (1964), "Out of town" (1965), "Native fields" (1967), "On the native land" (1968), "Kharkiv is under construction" (1973), "Sea breeze" (1980); "Early Snow" (1990); series - "We Remember" (2001).
