Studied at the studio of fine arts of the Palace of Pioneers in Nikopol, Dnepropetrovsk Art School, Kyiv State Art Academy (1966-1972). Mentors: T. Tsvigun, K. Berkuta, G. Chernyavsky. Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (1976). Honored Artist of Ukraine (1985). Member of the Union of Professional Artists of Germany (1997). Major works: "Meeting in Kryvorivna" (1972), "Alternation" (1973), "Peaceful Spring" (1984), "Last Snow" (1984), "Self-portrait" (1988). The artist's works are kept in Ukrainian museums, and private collections, both in Ukraine and in Germany, England, France, Italy, Spain, Canada, Japan, the USA, and other countries. Lives and works in Munich, Germany since 1996.
