Early tramp art frame with a mounted illustration of the Pennsylvania state capital. On the reverse of the frame on the board backing the frame is an illustration of 'Smull's Legislative Hand Book - Rules & Decisions of the General Assembly of Pennsylvania.' Excellent shape with no losses or repairs. Circa 1880' - 1890's. 8 1/2" Wide x 6 3/4" High x 1" deep
