French Art Deco Marble & Ormulo Desk Set
Circa 1920-1930. French
This striking French Art Deco desk set features a stylized, kneeling dancer figure lifting her fan-like pleated skirt in a radiant gold finish. The sculpture is mounted on a multi-tiered, stepped base of deeply veined dark marble that includes a carved pen trough and two matching square inkwells with architectural, pyramidal lids.
