Swedish style from the 20's or 30's with dark blue crystal elements and clear teardrops. Central spire with branching arms for candles. The center has arranged soft brass arcs of teardrops. The base is white marble. Size of base 3.5" by 3.5", center rises to 14.5" tall, width of armspan is 10". Final is a brass crescent
