Sterling Orthoceras Crab Pearl Onyx Necklace, 16"-18", Modern. Great for Cancer the Crab Zodiac too - or just an ocean theme. This is a 1-1/3" long and 7/8" wide at the widest point, pendant that has a swing bail, faceted black stone that is bezel set on top and believed to be onyx with a crab under that and a white Tahitian Pearl on each side of the crabs back legs with a long oval orthoceras (fossil) that is a banded black and gray oval domed cabochon that is appx. 27mm by 13.5mm. It is marked .925 and tests as .925 with an appx weight of 9.52 grms, including the stones. It is not signed by the maker. It is on an 18" 2mm round black laminated cord with an additional 2" extender chain making it 20", the extender chain and lobster clasp are not sterling. The necklace cord is not counted in the weight. Age is post 2000,. Very good condition. (WNJKay4/23.11(F) SS10439 J LD 4/25/23).
