Vintage Pewter Teddy Bear & Balloons Brooch, Signed SP 4202, 1980's-1990's. This has a teddy bear wearing overalls with a heart holding on to a bunch of balloons (three). He is attached at the bow below the balloons and dangles - articulared. It is appx. 3" tall and 1.25" wide. Very clean and in very good condition. (W31624.5 SS13729 J LD 4/15/24).
