Description

A SMALL SAKE-BOWL Korea, Joseon period Ceramic. D. 10.2 cm. The bowl is of shallow, conical form, made of white stoneware and covered with a crackled, light, slightly greenish feldspathic glaze, with two Japanese gold lacquer repairs (kintsugi) at the rim, and is accompanied by a Japanese silk shifuku. Goldlackreparaturen (Kintsugi), mit einem japanischen Seiden-Shifuku. Mit Alters- und Gebrauchsspuren. Provenance: Acquired from an old Japanese family collection.EINE KLEINE SAKE-SCHALE Korea, Joseon-Zeit Keramik. D. 10,2 cm.
