This large antique French Sevres style porcelain vase features ornate gilt bronze mounts and a removable cover. Crafted in the Louis XVI style and dating to the late 19th century, the vase stands an impressive 50 inches tall and displays exquisite artistry. The decoration depicts the Roman goddess of fertility and motherhood, surrounded by attendants and cherubs, and includes her chariot. The porcelain is glazed, and the piece is signed E. Buonicourt. Condition is noted as good.
