The period was known as the Dark Ages after the fall of the Roman Empire. Gilt bronze, size between 9 3/4 with 3.5mm rounded face band flaring to the shoulders. Lozenge shaped bezel with remnants of incised decoration, perhaps a signet.. Professionally refurbished with the 24karat gold surface restored and jewelry gift boxed with certificate of authenticity.
