Description
NoAAA5395The Oil painting on canvas titled "The Tenderness of Dawn" captures a moment of serene rural awakening, where nature and humanity exist in harmonious stillness at the break of day. With masterful brushstrokes and an expressive palette, the artist conveys the soft and emotional atmosphere that surrounds a traditional countryside scene just as dawn unfolds. The composition is rich in texture and color, with thick, confident applications of oil paint forming a tactile narrative across the canvas. In the foreground, a vibrant field of blooming flowers glows with purples, magentas, and crimson hues, bathed in the first light of morning. Their petals, although rendered with abstract expression, breathe life and motion into the composition. The flowers seem to sway gently, perhaps in the whisper of a breeze, setting a rhythm for the entire landscape. Their wild, organic forms are framed by a rustic wooden fence, whose uneven posts and raw texture bring a sense of authenticity and simplicity. Behind the flowers rise charming village houses with thatched roofs and whitewashed walls. The geometry of these dwellings is softened by the artist-s impasto technique, giving them a dreamlike quality. They are painted in warm earthy tones-burnt siennas, ochres, soft whites-that catch the gentle pinkish light of dawn, suggesting both the beginning of a new day and the continuity of life in this peaceful setting. Atop a golden, rolling hill in the middle ground, a solitary figure walks toward the houses. Dressed in a red garment and white headscarf, the figure-perhaps a villager carrying pails or returning from a nearby well-adds a human touch to the landscape without distracting from its natural beauty. The presence of this character invites viewers to imagine the rhythm of rural life and its close connection with nature-s cycles. The background is layered with dark trees, their foliage a mix of deep greens and cool blues, which contrasts beautifully with the warm, pink clouds streaking the morning sky. These clouds, painted with tender swirls of lilac, blush, and soft peach, enhance the title's sentiment-"The Tenderness of Dawn"-and provide a sense of ethereal calm. The light is not harsh or dramatic, but rather intimate, as if the world is still half-asleep, slowly welcoming the day.*** ABOUT THIS PAINTING **** TITLE: "The tenderness of dawn"* ARTISTS: Oksana Ivanyuk* SIZE: 15x20 cm/5.90x7.87 inches'* MEDIUM: oil, canvas* HAND PAINTED: Original painting from our collection* CONDITION: we tried to convey the maximum information with the help of photos about this product About the artists: Oksana Ivanyuk was born in 1964 in Rivne region.
