Pegasus is a fascinating horse with an extraordinary ability. He is the most famous winged horse in the world. This sculpture depicts Pegasus soaring high above the earth, touching the clouds above. His wings are extended as if he was trying to gain more altitude; possibly trying to send a message to Zeus on Mount Olympus. His legs are galloping through the air in an attempt to gain speed and momentum; the wind being his only hindrance. This sculpture would make the perfect gift for any mythology enthusiast. This bronze brown patina sculpture was cast using the Lost Wax Method and mounted on a marble base. Dimensions: Height 15 X Width 14 inches. Weight: 18 LBS.
